Our Services

Therapy

We offer psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress. Our goal is to support self-discovery, resilience, and lasting change through personalized, compassionate care.

Genetic Testing

We offer genetic testing to identify how your body may respond to different medications. This evidence-based approach can reduce trial-and-error and guide more effective choices for treating conditions like depression, anxiety, and ADHD. As part of your care plan, pharmacogenetic testing helps us find the right treatment—faster and with greater precision.

Psychiatry

In your first visit, we’ll take time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits you. This may include psychiatric medication, targeted supplements, nutrition and sleep support, and mind-body recommendations. We also offer genetic testing to help guide medication choices and reduce trial-and-error.

Nutritional Psychiatry

What you eat affects how you feel—mentally and emotionally. This assessment explores the connection between your nutrition, gut health, and mental well-being. We’ll look at your diet, lifestyle, and symptoms, and create a personalized plan using food, supplements, and supportive habits to improve mood, energy, and focus. This collaborative approach is intended to compliment therapy or medication.

This fast-acting, evidence-based option can provide relief when traditional medications haven’t worked—supporting deep healing and lasting change. Sessions are guided, safe, and fully integrated into your overall mental health care plan. An evaluation is required before starting treatment. You may self-refer or be referred by your therapist or psychiatric provider.
